Owner and Operator
Walter Draper
Walter Draper started the company in 2020 after working for many years as a handyman for various other companies. Walter started in the construction industry at 17 and although he has tried many times to try other avenues he always comes back to working with his hands. He now combines his entrepreneurial spirit with his blue collar roots to bring the best service and quality possible for the clients of Overall Home.
Master
Chase Dance
Chase Dance has over 25 years of experience in the trades. Working side by side with his father in the family business is where he developed his skills and craftsmanship. After his father’s passing, Chase continued carrying the spirit and pride of his father’s work through every project he completed. Today, Chase has partnered with Overall Home to serve clients with his wealth of knowledge, passion, and skill.
Home Artist
Ying Louie
Ying Louie a Canadian military veteran and is the artist of the group. He excels at Drywall, Painting and Caulking. He takes attention to detail to the next level. In his spare time he paints models the size of your pinky finger with unparalleled details. Ying brings high quality to all of his work.
Apprentice
Jaime Pace
Jaime Pace completed the Building Technology program at Durham College and now holds a full-time position with Overall Home. Her problem-solving skills and charming personality have made her a great addition to the team. Jaime continues to push toward her goal of becoming a master in the trades.
Apprentice
Jacky Ha
Jacky Ha is the newest member of the team. He completed two year of trades school and is looking forward to growing his skills with the team. His enthusiasm and passion is a joy to see. His strong work ethic and willingness to learn has made her a strong asset already.

Katherine Draper
Katherine is the momma bear of the group, helping keep everyone safe and supported. She leads our WSIB excellence program, makes sure the team actually takes their lunch breaks, and helps manage the paperwork and backend operations of the business. Katherine is a valued part of Overall Home, and her hard work and dedication are deeply appreciated.
