Seasonal Visits

Each seasonal visit will help your home function as intended. You will be provided with a report on your homes health after each visit.

Spring Visit

Home Essentials

  • Full home inspection with deficiencies report

  • Thermal home inspection

  • Change HVAC filters

  • Test your water heater’s pressure relief valve

  • Test the sump pump

  • Turn on outdoor water faucets

  • Check the water softener; add salt if needed

​Home Safety

  • Replace batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

  • Inspect your fire extinguisher(s)

  • Clean the dryer vent​​

Exterior

  • Clean out gutters

  • Repair or replace damaged window screens

  • ​Roof Inspection

General Upkeep

  • Refrigerator maintenance

  • Clean range hood filters

  • Clean bathroom fans of dust

  • Home pressure washing

Summer Visit

Home Essentials

  • Check the water softener; add salt if needed

  • Clean kitchen sink disposal

  • Remove showerheads and clean sediment

  • Home Safety

  • Test all GFCIs and common grounds

Exterior

  • Inspect for signs of insect infestation

  • Clean out window wells of debris

General Upkeep

  • Tighten handles, knobs, racks, etc.

  • Inspect plumbing for leaks; clean aerators on faucets

Aesthetics

  • Power wash deck and patio

  • Paint touch-up on deck (Diamond)

Fall Visit

Home Essentials

  • Change out HVAC filters

  • Flush hot water heater and remove sediment

  • Test your water heater’s pressure relief valve

  • Turn off and flush outdoor water faucets

Home Safety

  • Test batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

  • Inspect your fire extinguisher(s)

  • Clean the dryer vent

  • Check all locks and deadbolts on doors and windows

Exterior

  • Clean gutters

  • Repair or replace damaged window screens

  • Inspect home weather seals (windows or doors)
