Seasonal Visits

Each seasonal visit will help your home function as intended. You will be provided with a report on your homes health after each visit.

Spring Visit

  • Clean out gutters

  • Home pressure washing (Gold and Diamond)

  • Clean exterior windows (Gold and Diamond)

  • Repair/replace damaged window screens.

  • Full home inspection with deficiencies report.

  • Thermal home inspection

  • Check the water softener; add salt if needed.

  • Replace batteries in smoke & carbon monoxide detectors.

  • Inspect your fire extinguisher(s).

  • Refrigerator Maintenance.

  • Turn on outdoor water faucets.

  • Test your water heater’s pressure relief valve.

  • Change HVAC filters.

  • Clean bathroom fans of dust.

  • Clean the dryer vent.

  • Clean range hood filters.

  • Replace burnt-out light bulbs.

Summer Visit

  • Inspect plumbing for leaks, clean aerators on faucets

  • Remove showerheads and clean sediment.

  • Inspect for signs of insect infestation.

  • Power wash deck and patio. (Paint touch-up for diamond.)

  • Test all GFCIs and common grounds.

  • Clean out window wells of debris.

  • Check the water softener; add salt if needed.

  • Tighten any handles, knobs, racks, etc.

  • Change HVAC filters

  • Clean kitchen sink disposal

Fall Visit

  • Clean Gutters

  • Repair/replace damaged window screens.

  • Full home inspection with deficiencies report.

  • Thermal home inspection

  • Inspect home weather seals (windows or doors).

  • Flush hot water heater and remove sediment.

  • Turn off and flush outdoor water faucets.

  • Test the sump pump.

  • Check all locks and deadbolts on your doors and windows.

  • Check the water softener; add salt if needed.

  • Refrigerator Maintenance.

  • Test your water heater’s pressure relief valve.

  • Test batteries in smoke & carbon monoxide detectors.

  • Inspect your fire extinguisher(s).

  • Change out HVAC filters.

  • Clean bathroom fans of dust.

  • Clean the dryer vent.

Winter Visit

  • Check for ice dams and icicles.

  • Check windows for ice or water buildup.

  • Check caulking around showers and bathtubs.

  • Check the water softener; add salt if needed.

  • Inspect your fire extinguishers.

  • Inspect and change out HVAC filters.

  • Clean P-traps on all sinks.

  • Clean kitchen sink disposal.
